1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Taskabi, you accept these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Taskabi on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. What Taskabi is
Taskabi is an app for organizing tasks, groups, assignments, points, and shared rewards. Taskabi points are an internal motivation tool: they are not money, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged outside the arrangements made within the group.
3. Account and security
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and access to your device.
- Do not share credentials or try to access someone else’s account.
- Report any unauthorized access to support@taskabi.com.
4. Groups and shared content
When you join a group, other members can see the information needed to coordinate, such as your name, avatar, assigned tasks, completions, and points within the group.
You keep the rights to the content you enter. You authorize us to process it only to operate and improve the service. Do not post information that you do not have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Taskabi to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people;
- post illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- interfere with the service’s security, operation, or availability;
- automate abusive access, extract data, or try to bypass technical limits;
- use the service for fraudulent purposes or in breach of applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
We will work to keep Taskabi reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or remove features for security, maintenance, or product development.
If a change materially affects these terms, we will update this page and its revision date.
7. Intellectual property
Taskabi, Taskito, the design, brand, software, and original elements of the service are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the app.
8. Suspension or closure
You can stop using Taskabi and delete your account in the app. You can also ask for help at support@taskabi.com.
We may limit or suspend an account when necessary to protect other users, comply with a legal obligation, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
9. Liability
Taskabi is an organization tool. Decisions, agreements, rewards, and the sharing of responsibilities among group members are entirely up to the participants.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect damage resulting from misuse of the service or user-created content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
